Crafted from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, our sprockets are individually CNC machined with an accuracy of within 0.01mm. The optimized tooth precision ensures minimal friction between the sprocket and chain, leading to reduced drive train loss and enhanced performance. 

Our advanced CNC machines and extensive testing have resulted in the perfect pitch for these sprockets.

Upon close inspection, you'll notice the chain sits perfectly in the valley of each tooth, reducing friction and better distributing the load as the chain engages the sprocket.
