The obligation of DKR Group, Warrantor, is limited to replacement or refund ONLY as provided herein. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied, and the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the same duration as the limited warranty provided herein. Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including but not necessarily limited to losses caused by delay in the installation of any warrantor's product, or for the transportation or any other charge incurred in the repair or replacement of a defective item, or removal or use of this merchandise unless specifically provided so herein, or specifically provided for in an accompanying document. DKR Group accepts no responsibility for any consequences resulting from installation on vehicles operating beyond Canadian or US Karting Regulations.
DKR Group is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. DKR Group is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc.
There is no guarantee on moving parts such as engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering gears, water pumps, or distributors. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without our expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable.
Unless specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 60 days from the invoice date. Customer is responsible for shipping all items covered by this warranty. Electrical items are covered by a 30 day EXCHANGE ONLY WARRANTY. No refunds on electrical items.
MANUFACTURER & PRODUCT SPECIFIC RETURN INFORMATION
In an effort to provide a great customer experience, we accept returns on almost all of the products that we sell. There are however, a few exceptions that are outlined below. Most of these policies are instituted by the manufacturer, and there are no exceptions. If you do not agree to these policies, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel these items off of your order.
